Our Promise

When refunds apply
Refunds are available when: (a) we are unable to fulfill your order, (b) the product delivered does not match its description, or (c) the access provided fails within the first 24 hours and cannot be replaced.
When refunds do not apply
Refunds are not granted for: change of mind after successful delivery, accounts compromised due to user behavior (sharing credentials, changing security settings), or products consumed in full.
Replacement first
In most cases, we will offer a free replacement before issuing a refund. Replacements are typically processed within minutes.
How to request
Contact our team via Discord, Telegram, or our Contact page with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
